Women@Assurant’s mission is to support women with their personal and professional growth by providing mentorship, female leadership development, and sponsorship that drives empowerment and engagement across Assurant and within our communities.

Women@Assurant Goals

Women@Assurant strives to serve our global enterprise and our communities by elevating women and girls. To achieve this, we will:
Position Women@Assurant as an essential contributor to Assurant’s business goals
Serve as brand ambassadors by supporting external relationships in our local communities
Build connections between employees and female leaders across various departments and divisions
Promote employee sponsorship, provide access to people in leadership positions, and encourage professional development for women 
Extend Assurant’s reach to attract, develop, and retain strong female talent
Form charitable partnerships in our communities that support women and girls
Create a fun, dynamic, and positive work culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion

Assurant Celebrates International Women's Day 2023

Assurant joined the world in celebrating International Women's Day. Though we make it a goal to celebrate the incredible women of Assurant all year round, we were thrilled to use this day to officially recognize the contributions made across our company.
